| Looking for a clean, friendly, open minded and positive female roommate to share our house with myself, my friendly and clean senior dog and my 20-year-old son. Looking to rent our spare room, which just has exercise equipment in it right now. The pictures of the room are recent there’s a parking space available in the garage. The other pictures aren’t so recent. I obviously have furniture and the house is set up completely, but it gives you an idea of the layout. Must be ok with living with my dog who in January had to have a leg amputated. Both professional friendly and open minded males. (Father and Son). Rent includes internet and all other utilities. Shared laundry and kitchen. Son stays in the basement. Some storage space available in the basement storage room and in the garage. Available from sept 15. We are only interested in Canadian citizen applications. |
