Home is located in Silverado community ((Silverado Creek Crescent SW) , walking distance to commercial Silverado Plaza (12 min walk), minutes drive to Shawnessy shopping, YMCA gym, library, and C-train. There is a bus stop 2 blocks, few minutes walk . ..... Property is non smoking of any substances, no viping, no drugs, no addictions, preferably no drinking, no parties, no visitors. This rental is NOT suitable for any pets, no drugs, no daily alcohol intakes on the property. Everyone is respectful. Backyard is shared to respectfully enjoy. Common areas are joined care areas. Shared bathroom is a very clean space. The kitchen and dinette and the laundry room is in the house for all to peacefully share.
