Quick walking access to Walmart, Safeway, Coop Starbucks, and close to Market Mall, lots of bike trails! No smoking of any kind, no vaping, no partying. Must be quiet, respectful, clean & tidy - it’s a very relaxed well maintained residence in Dalhousie. Quiet time hours apply, no overnight guests, and no pets. All inclusive including Utilities, Amazon Prime, High Speed Internet and house cleaner! Shared common spaces (upper main level) with working professionals and small ESA hypoallergenic doodle!
