This semi-furnished bedroom suite with a separate entrance, very cozy and in a desirable and convenient area. We have a 1 bedroom suite with 1 single bed, 1 drawer dresser, TV stand, pull-out couch, and a study desk. Your own kitchenette for you to use, though NO stove top cooking please as our basement is not setup for stove top cooking. Air fryer, toaster oven and rice cooker are allowed. Carbon monoxide and smoke detector installed. Looking for a quiet and responsible renter (long term). Utilities and Internet are included. No cables. We are a pet friendly home, but due to limitation of pets by the home association, no more pets are allowed. Absolutely NO Drugs, Partying and Smoking allowed as I have two little girls who are asthmatic and I myself is a non-smoker. ** Must be okay with kids (I have two girls aged 7 & 5) they are very well behaved, but as kids goes, you will probably hear them occasionally. ** Must be okay with pets (I have two pug/beagle mature dogs) they live in the main floor with me and will never be going into the basement, however you will hear them occasionally.
