| Hey everyone! I'm renting out a cozy bedroom in my recently renovated 1000 sq. ft townhome in Inglewood! Rent is $1000/month plus utilities (internet is included), and I'm looking for someone who’s interested in a short-term stay (anywhere from 3 to 12 months). The room is super quiet, has an almost private bathroom, and I can furnish it with or without a bed, depending on your preference! A bit about the space: the house has in-unit laundry, garage storage for bikes/sports gear, and you'll be sharing it with me (I work 9-5 and enjoy cooking/keeping things tidy) and my sweet rescue cat, Ammil (he's a playful little guy).
