Top floor of house in albert park. 2 blocks from ctrain. 10 min ride downtown. Room isn't furnished. House is fully furnished and there is some storage in the garage Rent includes utilities, wifi and I have multiple streaming services. There is a bbq and fire pit in the back. I'm very clean and quiet. Non smoking house. Prefer male to help with shoveling and cutting the lawn, but good with anyone who is able to do it. I also work at home occasionally.
