Large house with a really well-equipped kitchen. Quiet, tree-lined street with no crime or problems. Plenty of free parking. As well as easy public transit to downtown, or anywhere. Hardwood floors throughout. Furnished room also has large closet and window that opens for fresh air. You would be living with a friendly independent people who work, create and study.
