| 1 semi furnished room in 4 bedroom house for rent. Monthly rate includes utilities and monthly cleaner. I have an extra desk and dresser that can be added in if you’d like. Shared home and bathroom. The upstairs bathroom beside your room will primarily be yours except for showering. I have a half bath I use. Must be okay with dogs as I have one. The rental agreement can be 1,3,6 or 9 months with the possibility to extend. If you are away for work 50% of a month or more, you are illegible for a discounted rate. 15 minute walk to the C train. 20 min C train to downtown 3 stops away from U of C. 5-15 minute walk from grocery stores, shops, YMCA, and more. Looking for the right fit / someone who’s respectful, mature and has lived with roommates before. I’m in my mid 30s, active and enjoy being outside and love dinner parties :) |
