The building is very secure with a front desk concierge plus several amenities right at the base of the building (the convenience store is even accessible from inside the building so you don't have to put on a jacket to grab necessities on the coldest days). Your rent includes one underground, secure parking spot. RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, SECURE UNDERGROUND PARKING FOR ONE STANDARD SIZED VEHICLE, HIGH-SPEED INTERNET, AND NETFLIX/ROKU.
