For example, if you move in on the 6th, the rent for July would be $1258. I would prefer to have my tenant(s) move in between July 6th and July 15th. Seeking one or two renters for an outstanding, fully furnished basement suite in upper Edgemont, NW, in the home of two professionals, who live upstairs. A couple of years ago, I transitioned this suite from a Five-Star Airbnb, with two years of Super-Host status, to a longer-term, monthly rental situation. This suite is ideal for a corporate rental, international academic, student, or a newcomer to Calgary. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Conversely, it is not ideal for someone with many belongings or furniture. *It is currently available for move-in on July 6th.
