| I have a furnished room for rent in my Bankview apartment. The room is a decent size and the bathroom is shared with me. Laundry facilities are in the building. I am looking for a female only and someone who preferably works away from the home or goes to school. There is access to several bus routes and Sunalta Station is a 15 minute walk. The building is very secure and the neighbours are friendly. I am very easygoing and value a quiet home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing and cooking meals and there is a large outdoor area for enjoying the nice weather.
