| I am a twenty-something female landlord looking for a female roommate starting immediately! My house is a nicely updated 2 bedroom half duplex in the east part of Bowness, Calgary!! The rent is $750 per month and this includes all utilities including wi-fi. No pets allowed as I have a medium sized dog and a cat. No children allowed. The south-facing unfurnished bedroom for rent is 12' x 9' and has a large window and closet (bring your own bedroom furniture). The fully furnished shared spaces include a living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) & a one 4 piece bathroom as well as a front yard (with a small deck) and a fully fenced backyard with grass. This 2 bedroom home is approximately 950 sf in and has new lighting, new carpet, new paint and in-suite eco-laundry. Other features include security lighting, a security video doorbell, newer furnace & newer windows. Plenty of free street parking available. Walking distance to MANY amenities and quick access to bus. I have 2 pets - a medium sized retreiver-type dog named Mocha and a chill cat named Lucy. No other pets allowed. I am looking for a 20-something female roommate who is working or going to school full time. The house is clean and cleaning will be shared between roommates.
