Located on a quiet Cul-de-sac, you’d be a short walk to the Crowfoot C-train station and with a Co-op, Safeway, and Crowfoot Mall right across the street. The livingroom, dining room, and kitchen is fully furnished and equipped and there is a new washer/dryer to use. You would be responsible for your bedroom furniture. There’s a large backyard, a patio w/BBQ, and plenty of storage space in the insulated garage.
