| Hello all! My name is Liam, I am looking for a roommate to share my condo at 1524 15 Ave SW downtown Sunalta. The condo was renovated last year everything is brand new. This is a top floor corner unit which gives lots of privacy. The patio has full sun in the summertime which brightens up the place. The second bedroom (yours) in large enough for a king bed. However it currently has a queen sized mattress available to you. The kitchen is fully stocked with an induction cooktop, stove, extra large fridge, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The bathroom features a 20 inch rain shower. There is a full size, washer and dryer in-suite. Everything is included in rent, internet, electricity and parking. There is more than ample parking for multiple vehicles on the street and in the back of the building. I've had great success over the years finding roommates on Kijiji. The last three roommates I have had have stayed 2+ years. I think it is because I am easy to live with; respectful, VERY clean, and I don't ever party at home.
