| We’re looking to fill a bedroom in our 4-bedroom duplex in Killarney starting December 15 until August 15! We’re just off 17th Ave, less than a 10 minute walk to the C-train station and the bus stop, a 10 minute drive to downtown, and between Mount Royal and U of C. Rent is 475$ a month each, plus Wifi and utilities. We’re all currently undergraduate/graduate students (ages 22-25, a girl and 2 guys, so preferably looking for another girl!), and have work/school commitments during the week, so the house is typically pretty quiet during the week. We’ll often have some friends over on the weekends, so we don’t mind guests! I’m happy to chat more and answer any questions about the room/house! |
