| This is a bedroom rental. This is a 1 bathroom town house to be shared with three male roommates over 30. No one of does drugs except for the green which is smoked outside. Light smoking allowed in the house. One is almost never here as he is on the road most of the time(maybe home 6-8 days a month. The other 2 are quiet and keep to themselves. Rental is in a quiet area of Forest heights. The house is fully furnished. The bedroom we are renting is also full furnished with a queen size bed, large dresser, TV, hangers, fan and cable box. You will need to provide your own bedding as most people don’t want to use bedding from other people. Just about everything you need for a place to live is in the house. Kitchen is fully equipped. Also have a bbq and firepit. In house laundry in the basement with plenty of storage. Street parking. We have very high-speed unlimited internet, and premium cable with the ad ons of Crave, Netflix and prime. You can have your own account to personalize your own shows. We do have 2 very friendly dogs but are not accepting other pets. Rent includes all utils, no hidden charges. Ideal candidate is someone friendly that has a personality, clean and respectful and a long-term roommate. We don’t care if your male, female, trans, gay. We don’t care about your religion. We don’t care about your color. However, we will not accept couples. We have 2 rules. Respect and cleanliness Rent is $750 a month with a $400 DD and is in Forest Heights. We are close to grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, doctors etc. Please msg if your have any questions. Move in ready. |
