| This is a bedroom rental. This is a 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom town house to be shared with two male roommates over 40. Neither one of us does drugs of any kind. Light smoking allowed in the house. One is almost never here as he is on the road most of the time. The other is quiet and keeps to himself. Rental is in a quiet area of Forest heights. The house is fully furnished. The bedroom we are renting is also full furnished with a queen size bed, large dresser, TV, hangers and cable box, mini fridge. You will need to provide your own bedding as most people don’t want to use bedding from other people. Just about everything you need for a place to live is in the house. Kitchen is fully equipped. Also have a bbq and firepit. In house laundry in the basement with plenty of storage. We can offer a parking spot in front of the house when the one guy is one roommate is on the road. Usually, 6-8 days at a time that hes gone. Rest of the time there is street parking. We have very high-speed unlimited internet, and premium cable with the ad ons of Crave, Netflix and prime. You can have your own account to personalize your own shows. We do have 2 very friendly dogs but are not accepting other pets. Rent includes all utils, no hidden charges. Rent is $875 a month with a $350DD and is in Forest Heights. We are close to grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, doctors etc. Please msg if your have any questions.
