Newly renovated bathroom shared with a roommate. Damage Deposit is 1 month rent. Rent includes most of the utilities and wifi. Our house is very close to Creekside Mall. Walking distance to banks, restaurants, grocery stores... etc. Beautiful trails right next to the house. We are a professional couple with no kids and pets. We both love outdoors and once in a while we would have yummy food gatherings, backyard fire with friends and family. We can see northern lights right from our peaceful backyard sometimes. We are looking for a cool roommate with no pets that respects other people's sleeping time, help maintaining the cleanliness of the public area, and keep to themselves. No smoking in the house. Bonus point to someone that might be able to help watering my plants while I am away. Designated parking spot is available if needed, otherwise lots of free street parking.
