We are between Signal Hill and Chinook Shopping Center and approximately 20 minutes to downtown, the University of Calgary, McMahon Stadium, Chinook Train Station, Heritage Drive, Quarry Park and Southland Drive. By car Chinook Shopping Centre is 5 minutes away. Monthly rent is $700 per month. Damage Deposit: 700 Males Only Rent is for a single person per bedroom - sorry no couples. Males Only Minimum 4 month or longer. Home is clean, very nicely furnished and located on a quiet street. The Earl Grey Golf Course is across the street.
