| I am a 46 hr old female who has a room for rent in Bridge land. l am looking for someone who works full time and can live in a room with a shared kitchen and bathroom. . The room is furnished with a brand new queen size mattress and frame with a regular sized closet and large window facing west. It's very bright and clean. There's a desk and television with stream box included. With the skyrocketing rent increases I am having to share my home with someone. The person that's best suited for this type of living situation is working full time and not home much on the weekends as there's only the bedromm, kitchen and bathroom availabe. There's no table and chairs in the kitchen as I'm in the living area. It's a decent size apartment on the bottom floor with no balcony. The bedroom is about 300-350 sq feet with carpet. There is blackout curtains to keep the room cool on those hot summer nights. No parting or drugs. MARIJUANA is , I smoke cigarettes outside. No pets allowed. Smoking outside only. Wifi, power and water is included in rent. |
