| Looking for a roommate for a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on International Avenue. The apartment is fully furnished except for the spare bedroom that I'm renting out (I'm currently using it as an exercise room, as shown in the pictures), and all utilities except for cable/internet (additional $80/month) are included in the rent. It's on the top floor (12th) of the building, and has a huge West-facing patio with an amazing view of downtown, the Stampede fireworks, and the mountains beyond. The apartment comes with hardwood floors, in-suite laundry, and ample storage space. The building also offers extra storage lockers and underground parking for an extra fee. There is also a gym and rec room in the building as well. The location is amazing. It's only a 10-minute drive to downtown, and very easily accessible to Deerfoot, Barlow, and Blackfoot. Co-op supermarket and gas station are across the street, and there are tons of shops and restaurants all along International Avenue. As for me, I'm a pastry chef who works in Mission. I have 2 shy, well-behaved cats (so you must be a cat person), and I'm generally pretty quiet and introverted. Looking for a roommate with a similar personality type. |
