| I'm looking for one renter (preferably female) to share a cozy main floor suite of a bungalow house: Shared Kitchen/Dining Space, Living Room & Bathroom. $900/month + 50% utilities, Wifi included ✓ Laundry machines ✓ Street parking in front ✓ Spacious backyard & patio ✓ It's technically a 3 bedroom suite but I am undecided what to do with the third room, I might end up renting it as well or will possibly use it for an office/ extra storage space. All hardwood/tile so the floors are super easy to keep clean, Which is good for me because there are 2 dogs here who shed considerably.
