Looking for a clean, hygienic, respectful, and mature person to rent a cozy house located on Varsity Dr NW for two months only. This is a perfect spot for a summer student attending UofC, SAIT, MRU or any other school. Our home is well-maintained, comfortable, and conveniently located near public transportation and amenities. It provides a quiet and conducive environment for study and relaxation. House Details: Location: Varsity Dr NW, near the University of Calgary (UofC) 12-minute walk to Brentwood LRT, 15-minute walk to UofC Bus stop (Route 65) just outside the house Living Arrangements: Shared with two male flatmates, both UofC students and you will be sharing the house, kitchen, washroom with them. And its not a party house, so be mindful of other's privacy and peace. No pets, vaping or smoking inside the house. Rent and Deposit: Damage deposit: $600 (required upfront) and rent due on the 1st of every month. Ideal Tenant: Summer student on exchange at UofC, SAIT, MRU.
