| I have a cat & dog... I also have a 4 yr old son 2 days on / 2 days off. I'm looking for a working person who does not party. Rent is $600 per month & $400 DD. Shared bathroom & laundry. House is in Kingsland - SW. Tons of parking. House is completely furnished ( but not the bedroom for rent )... you'll need your own bed / bedroom furniture.
