| Available Oct 1st I am looking for a roommate that is employed, responsible, mature, must be tidy. To share my 2 bedroom. I am renting the master bedroom with walk through closet leading to your private 2 piece en suite (sink&toilet) The shower/tub is in the main bathroom which would be shared. Five appliances, fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. There is a designated parking spot right out the front door. Rent $800 a month. Damage deposit $500. Direct Energy(gas) and Enmax (electric) bills split 50-50. I have a well trained 3yr old cat Nyia. She does not scratch furniture, no countertops.
