Property in a close with very little traffic or noise congestion, spacious backyard. Overall quiet and peaceful family neighborhood with plenty of schools, parks and walk ways. Listing is intended for one person/room. Younger family live here, so things NOT permitted out of respect and guidelines are as follows: No visitors or overnight stays. No drugs/pet/smoke. No devices that generate heat, consume vast electricity and pose risk of fire (ie. space heaters etc.) We do have a baby so that may be something to consider knowing how kids can be heard at various times of the day.
