I own the house; The two rooms are on the second floor as well I live in the master bedroom on second floor. The main bathroom is shared on the second floor and there is a half bath on the main floor. My son lives in the basement. The idea for the two rooms is, one room is for a bed and the second is for use as a living area. Shared use of kitchen on main floor and laundry on main floor with half bath. Also shared use deck and back yard. Located in Bridlewood with easy access to the Ring Road, Deer Foot and Macleod Trail. Less than a 1-minute walk to bus stop route #14. That is about a 10-minute bus ride to C-Train. There is a park directly across from my place with playground and gazebo to enjoy a sunny day. There is ample park across the street by the park.
