| Hi my name is Travis, 35 year old male and I am looking for a new roommate to share my current place with me starting as soon as Oct 1st 2024 (but also considering for Nov 1st). I work full time and on the side my passion is music and entertainment. I perform music on livestreams and create content on the internet so I can be quite busy. That being said I am a chill laid back person also seeking someone similar. Looking for someone appreciative of the arts who does not mind hearing some singing and guitar playing (I use headphones for my setup but also do some singing and percussion). Preferably male ages 25-40 but rare exceptions can be made. I am more on the introverted side but also someone you can have a decent conversation with. The place itself is relatively small at aprox 850 sq feet although the bedroom offered is quite roomy with a walk in closet. Carriage home means this is a detached unit on the landlords property however the landlord is very friendly and respectful. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of counter and shelf space. There is also a bathroom with shower, storage closet, and a living room/flex room. Laundry is offsite with a great industrial laundromat a few blocks away. Transit is also walking distance. The lease would be for 1 year and including everything will come out to around 800$ per month (each). References and in person meeting required.
