| Please read below about the rental and what I am looking for before replying. Located in Patterson Heights, my home is a bright, quiet, sunny two-level townhouse that backs onto a small park. For drivers, there is easy access to Old Banff Coach Road, Stoney Trail, Sarcee and Bow Trail (SW). Driving to the UofC, Foothills Hospital, MRU and Downtown is 15 minutes. Plenty of free street parking is right next to the home. For transit users, there is a bus stop on my street, it is 10-minute bus ride to the nearest C-Train station (EB 69 Street). For walkers and lovers of nature, a 25-minute walk brings you to Edworthy Park plus there are numerous other parks in the neighbourhood. I am looking for a solo housemate (prefer mature student or professional) to share my home. Even though I am a lover of furry friends and children, at this time, I am seeking someone with no pets or children. I am not interested in someone working from home or someone interested in overnight guests (sorry!). A healthy lifestyle is preferred and a definite no to smokers, vapers or 420’s drugs - inside or out. I can provide you with a safe, respectful, quiet and clean living space and I look for that in return. The rental includes one furnished room on the second level with a queen-sized bed, desk and chair and dresser. There is a full bathroom for exclusive use in the rental with the exception of sharing the tub/shower. The home has two other half bathrooms, one exclusively used by the owner. It is a creative home with a large, bright kitchen with windows onto the back patio, a cozy living room with gas fireplace, a dining room with a large harvest table, and a relaxing patio and garden that backs onto a park. Storage space can be negotiated for outdoor gear - bike, skis etc in the finished basement. A washer/dryer will be shared. Please note there is no TV, nor interest in having a TV. Rental ($850/month) includes all utilities, internet/wifi. A security deposit of $800 is required. Contract and damage deposit required.
