| Looking for a trustworthy roommate Female or Male Available November 1st I’m in my 50’s with 2 friendly cats, work full time & work the odd weekend. I live in a clean 1 large bedroom apartment on the top floor with a large balcony. I’ve converted the living room area into a private bedroom with wooden tall room dividers. (not shown in pics there are four dividers- added 2 more dividers after pics were taken) There’s a pull out sofa bed with a thick serta mattress (2 sets of sheets & pillow cases) Large dresser, Wardrobe closet with rack and shelves, Large mirror, lamps, side glass table, with tv & stand. (Dresser not shown) Comfortable and cozy Rent includes utilities, wifi, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and gas stove. Area: SW off of Bow Trail, 7 min walk to C Train, bus shelter across the street, Walmart, grocery store, mall, steps away from golf course, paid parking on site with plug in for block heater and lots of parking on street. **Included is gym access pass which is steps away in another building. I’m looking for someone that is friendly, clean, likes cats, and is employed full time. Must provide at least 1-2 references.
