| I am a 41 year old single female seeking a place to rent asap. I am open to renting a room or a small private suite. If it’s a room, I would love to have but it is not necessary; a private bathroom. If it’s a private suite, I am okay with there being a hot plate and small fridge instead of a full kitchen. Either way, ideally it would be nice to have transit easily accessible, as well as a couple stores to pick up a few small items when needed last minute. I have no pets and do not need a parking space. I am open to all areas of the city especially if I feel that the home is just what I need. If possible, I would like to keep the rent around the $800 mark or less. But can afford a bit more if it’s something I am strongly drawn to.
