| Spacious Bedroom for Rent - Females Only We are seeking a mature female professional to join us in renting a room on the main level of a house in Highwood NW. Currently, we are two female roommates in our 30s looking for a third roommate. We're specifically seeking quiet, clean, mature, non-smoking, and respectful female tenants. Employment is a must, and we are looking for individuals who do not work from home. You'll have access to shared kitchen, laundry, and bathroom facilities, which will be shared with myself and my current roommate. The location is convenient, with proximity to transit, grocery stores, parks, bike paths, shopping, and just 15 minutes to downtown. We do not allow pets, smoking, partying, or drugs on the premises. The rental fee of $700 includes all utilities and internet. One month's security deposit is required. The room is available immediately.
