Security cameras are near the stall and the lobby area also has security cameras. The building is well managed and very safe. The parkade is near Centre street and 14th ave. Close to the C train, stampede, and walking distance to downtown and the 17th ave entertainment district. The leaser will have to sign an open ended contract. There is minimal notice to cancel the lease and we can go on a month to month basis. The leaser will purchase a refundable FOB access key – the refund will be issued immediately upon termination of the contract and the return of the key. The price is $200 per month in advance.
