| Hello my name is micheal but my friends call me mike. I have lived with my current roomate for probably going on 3 years. I run my own business from home and he works road construction. We get along very well and are looking for someone to join our tribe. The house details are as followed -2 lovely dogs that are full of love and affection. They are pretty well behaved for the most part. My youngest can be a bit of a bratt sometimes but hes all love. -3 Bedroom -3 bathroom -Spacious kitchen -Air conditioned -storage space in garage. Currently no room for cars in there really unless you have no storage at all. -public parking on the street -$850 monthly -high grade internet. Dont remember specific details but i will always ensure its running fast. -zaheed stays in his room a lot if hes home. You will barely ever see him most days. -im usually working or streaming or just spending time with my dogs but i do spend a lot of time at home. -the living room is completely unoccupied every night other than the dogs chilling. Make yourself at home. -Dabbing and vaping allowed indoors. Smoking weed needs to be in the garage or outside on the balcony. -The appliances were mostly all upgraded about a year ago. They work well and we take good care of them. Bit of a summary, getting a roomate is something we should have done a long time ago but the idea of letting a stranger in the house is a bit nerveracking on the best of days. But this day and age we need to save money and i know when the right person comes along we will wonder why we didnt do so sooner.
