| If the ad is up, the room is available! COCHRANE: Room for rent in beautiful executive condo in Sunset Ridge. Available September 1/24. This is the perfect accommodation for a person that works full time outside of the home and needs a clean, safe place to live. Each room has a beautiful view of the mountains. The bathroom and kitchen are shared and the unit is fully furnished - including the bedroom. There a many food establishments available within walking distance and there a ton of walking/biking trails in the neighborhood. I have a cat so this is not suitable for people allergic to pets nor can I accomdate pets. Absolutely no smoking or parties are allowed on the premises. The kitchen and bathroom are sanitized daily. There is a fitness facility on site. References are required. $800 damage deposit is required. Rent is $800 a month. If interested, please send me a message telling me a bit about yourself.
