You will have access to the kitchen and all dishes, appliances etc , dining, laundry, backyard, fire pit and patio, deck and barbecue. You might want to get a small fridge for yourself. You’d be expected to help keep the house clean, your room and bathroom, clean up after using the kitchen. Reasonably pick up after yourself please. My home is located in a quiet area in the West Terrace Area of Cochrane. Located one block from the Bow River and paths. Street parking is available and you can walk or cycle everywhere in Cochrane, or use our COLT bussing system. Bragg Creek, Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, Kananaskis are all very close to Cochrane for Mountain outings. 2 beautiful cats live here so you’d need to love cats.
