| I own my own house and I have a fully furnished upstairs bedroom for rent. Queen size pillow top mattress, dresser and 42" TV in room. Clean, quiet non smoking house. No parties, no heavy drinkers. It's just myself (54 male) and one tenant (34 male) that's in the basement bedroom. No children or couples to feel awkward around. House is fully stocked, well appointed kitchen and 75" TV in living room. Hot Tub on back deck is for your use as well. Plenty of street parking. I'm looking for clean, quiet, respectful, honestl people that want to make this their home. High speed internet and huge cable package included. House is located in Coventry Hills in a quiet area across from a park. All utilities and bills included. You supply your own toiletries, food and help with the cleaning. Hopefully we'll have a household that is inclusive and everyone gets along well. Rent is $800 a month including bills with an $800 security deposit. All applicants must be gainfully full time employed and willing to have a police and credit check performed. References will be required also. Sorry, no work from home jobs.
