Property type: Townhouse Rent: $1100 (utilities & everything included) Security deposit: 1/2 month rent Available to move in: Mid January 2025 Preferred gender: Female but Males OK Bathroom: 1 Full Bath & Half Bath (shared) About the Property: - One room available to rent in an three bedroom townhouse in a new neighbourhood in Calgary. - The neighbourhood provides a free recreational centre with sports gym, waterpark, and rentable communal spaces. -The location is 15 minutes away from the airport, 6 minutes away from Vivo recreational centre, 7 minutes away from Superstore, and 5 minutes away from Northpointe LRT. - Snow removal and lawn care are included. - The room is 102 sq. ft. which costs $1100 a month which includes everything. There are free open parking spots around the area available. All common area such as the laundry, kitchen, living room, and dining room will be shared. Two bathrooms will be available to be shared by the tenants; one half bath and one full bath. - Air-conditioning is included. -A firepit outside on the patio. - Communal spaces excluding the shared full bath will be maintained and cleaned by the owner. - A minimum of 1 year stay and half month damage/security deposit are required. Ideal Tenant: - A student or working professional (references and ID required). - A clean, tidy, and responsible individual with good credit score. - An individual who is able to compromise and communicate when there are conflicts. - A person who is respectful, approachable, and complaint to house regulations.
