| ISO of Female Roommate For August 1st You get your own living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms in the basement. Shared laundry in the basement and shared kitchen upstairs. Firepit in shared backyard. Comes partially furnished with a couch, coffee table, tv stand, chairs and table and armchair in the living room. There is a dresser, mirror, chair and bookshelf in the bedroom. We can have a queen sized bed put into the room if you don't have your own bed. Within Walking distance of U of L or bus stop at end of the street (potentially 3 stops max from the uni). Street parking available. Will consider meal sharing for additional cost per month. We have cats so no other pets will be considered. They will be in your space if you leave doors open so please do not inquire if you have allergies or do not like cats. $1000.00 per month including utilities (water, power, gas) High Speed Internet not included and is $30/month. No cable tv currently available. |
