| Looking for two roommates for May 1st! Located: North Edmonton, Killarney area, (just north of the Yellohead) This is a 3 bedroom main suite, 1 bathroom, shared laundry downstairs. (Currently have two roommate now and it works out :)) Open to short term and long term rentals (message me with what you are looking for) Rent: Small room $600+$200 damage deposit Large room $700+200damage deposit Rent includes utilities and wifi One of the rooms can be furnished with a desk, bed, cubicle shelf, dresser and tv, either room, other wise rooms are unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished and you would have access to most things in the house! Tons of parking if you have a vehicle, fenced backyard with a fire pit. No crazy rules on having guests over. Just be respectful to the other people who live there. No drugs, smoking outside only, weed is okay as well as long as it is smoked outside too! I do have two cats you would have to respect them and unfortunately no other pets allowed. About me: I’m a 21 year old female who would prefer other female roommates, I don’t party and I’m quiet and clean up after myself. I work full time so I am home on my days off and then when I am not at work. If you are interested in renting a room please message me and we can set up a time to view the place.
