| The 2 of us are looking for a 3rd person to occupy the upcoming 2 vacant rooms in this 2 level house, across from Ottewell Park. We have 2 Chihuahua's here, both are under 10lbs and we will accept another doggo (Or not) into the home that is under 10lbs, and is well behaved, trained for pee pad use, is fixed/neutered. Otherwise a chihuahua tolerant human is what we're looking for. What you get is this: - Furnished master bedroom (Queen bed) with ensuite. - A 2nd vacant bedroom for office/study/computer/TV (Whatever) room. - New 17.5" cu.ft. fridge for yourself in the kitchen. - 1/3 of the kitchen cupboards/storage. - 1/3 of the garage is cleaned out for your storage needs/hobby (Is big enough to park a small SUV). - 1/3 of the basement laundry/storage area. - Utilities, wifi, cable included in rent. This house has 1 1/2 baths (Main is bath/shower, basement shower), a secure fenced backyard, NG BBQ, patio setup for entertaining, front loading LG washer/dryer, a 22 cu.ft freezer chest, hobby room/area, 2 furnished TV rooms, dining room, most every pot/pan and cooking utensil you will need. Plenty of space to plant flowers or have a garden if interested. What we are looking for is a long term tenant that wants to thrive and grow, not just exist in a bubble in a rented room.
