| Large basement bedroom (enough for full/queen bed and small living area). Can be furnished (with twin bed) or unfurnished. House has 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms (1 set up and one set down). Kitchenware can be supplied including microwave, toaster oven, and slow cooker. Looking for smoke and drug free roommate for newly renovated house. You will only be sharing the house with me and I am willing to wait for the right person. Shared fitness area and laundry in basement. Access to living room and dining room upstairs. No shoes in the house. Must be okay with a medium sized dog. No others pets allowed. Must provide at least 2 references. $700 = student rate $800 = normal rate |
