I am going abroad for the summer, but while I’m gone my parents who live 5 minutes away will be your contact for any problems/concerns -Just under 1000 sqft -Located a 5 minute drive to Macewan University and 12 minutes from the University of Alberta! -Many stores a quick drive away -Multiple parks in surrounding area -Wood burning fireplace!! -Large west-facing balcony -Vinyl flooring throughout, tile in bathrooms and kitchen. -Full size appliances -Dishwasher -In-suite laundry!! -No pets, unfortunately I’d have to go through a whole application to get them approved etc. -Non-smoking building and unit. -2 assigned parking spots -Bathroom with a tub -Colourful place!! Main areas and secondary bedroom are green accented, main bedroom is yellow accents and bathrooms are both a pinky purple colour!! (Life’s too short what can I say haha!) Bedrooms: -Master bedroom is 15.5ft x 10.5ft, 6ft wide built-out closet -Ensuite half bath -Second bedroom is 13.5ft x 8ft -Also built out closet, directly across from main bath. Fully furnished!! This includes: -A double bed in each room -Dresser in the master bedroom -Bookshelf in the living rooom -Couches and armchair in the living room -Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, microwave, toaster over, toaster etc. -Two TVs -Kitchen table & chairs We’d also be willing to split it by room, $850 for the main bedroom, $650 for the secondary bedroom. Ideally we’d like to rent it as a unit though.
