Second Cup Subway and A&W Shoppers and Dominoes are just around the corner. Route no.4 runs from Capilano to West Edmonton Mall every 15 min and goes to Bonnie Doon university of Alberta Separate entry and ample parking space on the street. Shared kitchen and washroom. You should be super clean and organized and respectful of others. Single occupancy, not pet friendly,No sleepovers. Drugs , and no party, clean after your self if using kitchen etc.. if you smoke then must Smoke outside. If you want short term, weekly rent is 300/ wk. Anything less then 4 months is short term.or 300/wk . DD is equal to rent and is refundable with coming one month /wk notice.which ever is applicable.
