You will have full access to the common areas,which are the kitchen , dining room and living room. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook yourself up a good meal. The kitchen has everything from pots and pans , plates , bowls , cutlery ect. This place is turn key ready and all you’d need is bedding and towels. There are two other rooms so You would be sharing the common areas with two male roommates. Each room has its own lock and key. Utilities, wifi & cable are included in the rent. Please note this is not a party house as the guys are either students or are here to work. No pets or smoking permitted. Although you’re welcome to smoke outside on the porch ( while using the bbq that’s located there). Rent of $550/mth and security deposit of $550 is due at time of move in.
