The bedroom is a good size with an adjustable Queen bed, two night tables, a dresser, and a walk-in closet with organizers. The bathroom is beside the bedroom and has a tub/shower. The bedroom and the bathroom are on the opposite side of the condo as the Master bedroom. Insuite shared laundry. The kitchen is shared and includes a fridge, induction stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Utilities are included - heat, water, electricity, cable, Disney +, Prime Video, and high-speed internet. There is access to a social room (includes pool table), gym, hobby room, and car wash bay. Parking is on the street. The Bus stop is 1/2 block away. U of A is 11 mins by car, 29 mins by bus.
