| Hi, I'm actively searching for a shorter term room or apartment rental for a mid aged, long time couple. Our budget is a bit tight right now around $1,000 Maximum, all in. I am currently just starting out with my own cleaning business and my partner is on a medical leave from a brain injury but also has stable income regardless. We are both extremely responsible and respectful with others property and privacy. We do not have children, no pets, no visitors and prefer the simplicity of owning minimal items. We absolutely do not drink or party but I occasionally smoke cigarettes and light cannabis however, being conscious of the smoke smell, I will never smoke inside anywhere or anytime. We can both provide previous landlord references and character references from friends also government issued ID/driver's license and criminal record and or credit checks, any or all if requested. Would prefer signing a contract. Needing accommodation for approximately 3-6 months. We are looking for something available immediately as we are paying weekly rates on Airbnb.
