| Hi there I am a mid 40's caucasion male with a dog looking to rent out a couple of my rooms ( single occupancy only ) in my house. I am open to couples if you each rent a room. The house is located in millwoods jackson heights area. It is close to all amenities, major freeways and the Grey nuns hospital. I don't discriminate so anyone is welcome as long as you are nice and respectful we will get along great. The house will be shared space with everyone. Garage is not a shared space as i use it for my business. Parking is on the street and there is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. If my work truck is not at the house tenants are welcome to park in that spot on the driveway as well. The house has 2 furnished living rooms, big kitchen, gas fireplace, shared washer dryer, 3 full bathrooms. 2 bathrooms are shared. There is a deck in the backyard and fireplace as well. I will also be adding a third area in the basement for tv watching etc. Maybe you want to ad a little work out area or something which I would be fine with. Please I am looking for people who work and or go to school, clean up after themselves and help maintain there surroundings. I am open to all workers in town and out of town. Please do not have any addictions to substances and all smoking is outside at all times. Rent is $750 with all utilities/wifi included damage deposit is $500. Rooms are available immediately so please feel free to contact me to discuss further. Some areas of the house and furniture still being set up and organized bur please don't let this deter you.
