| Hello! We are currently in a 5 bedroom house and looking to rent out one of our rooms! We are 3 adults in our mid to late 30s. We don’t party and all keep to ourselves for the most part. 2 spend most of their time in the basement on their computers and I spend most of my time either playing games or watching tv! We are just a bunch of nerds haha. We would split everything 4 ways which we find is best! So rent would be $550 and then bills are usually around $400-$600 monthly! So about $100-$150 monthly! I’m sure we could also work out a flat rate if this is something you’d rather do as well! We live on the north end SUPER close to giant tiger as well! We would love to hear from you and send us a message telling us a bit about yourself! We do also have cats! Just incase you’re allergic or don’t want kitty fur on you then we might not be the best house hold for you! Hope to hear from you soon! Bedroom is unfurnished but does have a closet! |
