| Hello, my name is Madi! Let's go for a chai and see if we're a good fit. :) I am a working professional female (25 years old) looking for another groovy roommate to add to the house! I live in the basement suite of a home, but the upper tenants are moving and I am looking to move into the upper suite with a roommate. I work during the week so I'm not very noisy during the week (or really ever as I'm kinda boring.) The upper suite has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and the unit has in-suite laundry! The overall price with utilities included would be $1,745.00 (internet not included.) Huge backyard and parking either in the front or back. The rent board is pretty relaxed and won't bother you if you don't bother them! Your bedroom would not come furnished (I'm so sorry!) I already have a full home furniture-wise (living room, most kitchen items aside from kitchen table,) but would be open to more furniture coming along for the ride. I would have to ask permission from the rent board for an additional animal, but I have 1 neutered male dog (border collie, aussie shep, heeler mix.) He's a good boy and has been with other animals from cats to dogs. Does this sound like something you could jive with? Rent prices becoming too much to handle alone? I feel ya.
